The objectives and new requirements in the Support Amendment Bill will require most providers to significantly redesign their student support ecosystems, digital infrastructure and data flows. This discussion paper seeks to discuss a best practice proposal for achieving all key objectives and requirements.

The paper will evolve as the Accord evolves through 2023 and as feedback from the industry is provided.
