About the Study

At the commencement of the 2021 Australian academic year, RMIT University added two first-year mentoring programs to their Vygo platform: Business First Year and Engineering First Year. The goal of these programs was to streamline support to better serve students in an online learning environment. By utilising a contemporary and globally accessible platform, the students’ support journey is driven by them – giving them access to peer mentors 24/7.
