What is this document?

Starting Jan 1st 2024 with the SFS Policy, a TEQSA student support crackdown and forming a Student Ombudsman, the government will use additional regulation to ensure that AUS universities consistently prioritise and improve their metrics for student equity, outcomes, and retention whilst preparing themselves for more scalability. The government believes one of the best ways to do this is to focus on student support service operations.
